General Rules

Please read our rules before visiting for a safe play time!

 •    Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years or over at all times whilst in Tots Landing

•    You can stay for up to two hours in peak periods

•    Our play equipment is designed for 0-5 year old children, so any child that is taller than 3ft 7 (1.1m) are not allowed to use the play equipment

•    Adults and children using the play equipment must wear socks at all times, no shoes are allowed

•    We cannot accept any liability for damage, loss or theft of personal items

•    The staff are there to ensure the play equipment is being used correctly and cannot take responsibility for children

•    Please remove all sharp objects (watches, belts, pens etc) before using the play equipment

•    No food or drink is to be taken into the play area

•    Any verbal abuse to a member of the team or other customers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave

•    Please encourage your children to use the toilet before using the play equipment

•    Please see rules of play next to the play frame for further information

Party Rules

•     Includes invitations, use of the play area, party food and party games of your choice

•    Minimum number of children 9 and maximum number 25

•    Children must be aged between 2 and 5 years old

•    In the event a party has to be cancelled, 48 hours notice is required and an alternative date will be offered

•     A deposit of £25 is required for our Standard Party and £50 for our Exclusive Party

•     Any adult food required must be confirmed within 48 hours of the party taking place

•     Any food allergies must be communicated when confirming food orders

•    Tots Landing Ltd cannot accept any responsibility or liability regarding and allergic reactions

•    Feel free to bring your own birthday cake with you - or we can provide one for you

•    Please check with the management regarding photography/video footage

•    There will be a party host, but it is the responsibility of the customer to supervise the children
